Starting psychotherapy is a significant and personal decision. You may be considering it due to challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, early developmental issues, relational difficulties, crises, loss, a lack of meaning in life, or other psychological struggles. Engaging in therapy can be a valuable step towards healing and growth. My approach provides a secure and supportive space to explore and work through these life challenges, helping you gain a deeper understanding of your experiences and connect to your own authentic center.

I am a qualified Jungian Analyst, Psychotherapist and Clinical Psychologist (MSc. Clinical Psych.). I am a member of the Association of Jungian Analysts (AJA), and of the International Association of Analytical Psychology (IAAP), as well as a registered member of the United Kingdom Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP) and British Psychoanalytic Council (BPC).

My clinical approach, rooted in Analytical Psychology of C.G.Jung, allows clients to explore their past relational history, as well as the potential that lays ahead of them, facilitating a deeper connection and understanding of the self. Jungian Analysis centres around one’s transformative process, emphasising conscious growth, development and healing.
